Operational Structure
Pragmatic and Gateways currently employ 16 full- time tracers with the capacity to double or trimple that number within eight weeks.
The Pragmatic-Gateways strategy allows the company to scale up rapidly. There are three key features to this ability to scale. The technology systems we use are licenced to the company and the number of licenses we can obtain in days, is unlimited. Our work conditions are probably the best in the industry – from our location with ample public transport – to our remuneration and incentives.
Our foot soldiers are part of Khulisa’s vast network built up over 21 years that allows us to use these foot soldiers for short or small assignments, or large, longer term ones.
Pragmatic-Gateways is housed at Braamfontein, in a building with high-end internet facilities, an infinitely expandable telephone system, and adequate accommodation. All new staff receive introductory training, and weekly peer-to-peer training through guided interaction.
